If you’re unable to train your staff member, it would be due to the following reasons:
a. Training already in progress. No available slots.
b. Staff member is yet to be unlocked and not hired.
c. Staff members that are occupied with work cannot be trained until the completion of the task.
d. Staff member has completed all the 5 levels of training.
If you’re still unable to train your Staff member, please send us an in-game HELP message via Star Chef. It is located at the right bottom of the screen with an emoji symbol.
