You can invite friends in Fantastic Chefs via Facebook. 

a. Click on Facebook Icon located at the right bottom of the Level Map screen.

b. During Level Up, an option to Invite Friends is displayed at the right bottom of the screen. Select the friends you want to invite and send a request.

Adding friends allows you to see their game progress and gives you an added advantage of requesting for extra Lives when you run out.
