You need to login via Facebook to send or receive Help Requests. To help a friend with Lives, once you are logged into Facebook you need to follow the steps below:

a.    Tap on the Inbox located at the right side of the Level Map screen

b.    List of Help Requests from friends will be displayed

c.    Tap on Accept to send Lives
