Hi Chef,

 You will not receive a new verification code in the following cases:

  • If the entered email IDs are invalid or do not match each other.

  • If the email ID you entered is already linked to an existing Chef ID. In this case, you will get a email in the registered email address saying the email address is already connected to the Chef ID. You can go back to the game and tap on ‘login’’ button. You need to enter another email address to create a new Chef ID.

  • If you haven’t ticked the checkbox to accept the Privacy Policy & Terms of Service, the CONTINUE button will remain disabled, and the verification code will not be sent.
